Abstract
As a primary goal, the Abstract should render the work’s general significance and conceptual advance clearly accessible to a broad readership. References should not be cited in the Abstract.
Introduction
For Original Research Articles, the introduction should be succinct, with no subheadings.
Literature Review
Past research has provided substantial literature on the subject area, primarily through theories such as Theory/Model 1 and Theory/Model 2. Although these theories address relevant themes, more empirical work in specific contexts or situations is required to operationalize them. Some authors, like Author 1 and Author 2, have contributed some ideas in the early stages of developing certain aspects of the topic to facilitate subsequent research.
Theoretical Framework
The study is based on theory/model and uses it to present its fundamental concepts. Only some of this model’s specifications are useful for grasping certain tendencies in the study and the interactions between the given variables. In this respect, the study employs the following framework to determine the impact of the theoretical concept on the research theme.
Methodology
The distinguishable research design is qualitative/quantitative/mixed if the method is relevant and allows detailed analysis of the data. Survey data, interviews, and archival data are used to study statistical analysis, techniques such as theme analysis, regression analysis, and any other related methods.
Results
Conclusions are drawn in tables, graphs, and figures, which most often point to certain data, trends, and comparisons. In parallel to Author 1 and Author 2’s studies, results add to the knowledge of the phenomenon in particular ways.
Discussion
Of course, interpreting the results will allow for understanding the synthesis of the results, which may help create new approaches to views on the subject area. Tentative conclusions are either supported or refuted by comparing results with work already existing in the literature to further comprehension of the phenomenon and suggested future proposals.
Conclusion
This sort of research is beneficial in developing information concerning the research subject and validating or strengthening existing theories. It adds to our knowledge of the phenomenon’s most essential facets and provides research data for the arguments put forward in the analysis.
Suggestions
Future research can focus on specific research questions, methods, populations, and contexts. This will go a long way toward driving further development of the field and a better understanding of related topics.
Implications
The findings have multiple implications, applying to policy, practice, theory, and society domains while having implications for policy, industry, education, and other spheres. Such implications suggest that research must continue to develop or question current theories and their application and possible consequences in a particular segment of society.
References and Bibliography
References should be made according to the following guidelines:
- Use APA style when making references to your writing.
- Do not use op. cit. in citations.
- When citing a book reference, the author’s name, title, publisher, place of publication, and date of publication should be provided; if available, volume numbers or page numbers should be included.
- Introduce any mentioned figures briefly and quote the references made, especially to books.
Manuscript Formatting
Headings
As seen in the “Styles” tab of this template, you may insert up to 5 heading levels into your manuscript. These formatting styles are meant as a guide; as long as the heading levels are precise, the style will be applied during typesetting.
Figures
PJMR requires figures to be submitted individually, in the same order as they are referred to in the manuscript. Figures will then be automatically embedded at the bottom of the submitted manuscript. Kindly ensure that each table and figure is mentioned in the text and numerical order. Figures must be of sufficient resolution for publication. Figures not according to the guidelines will cause substantial delays during production. Figure legends should be placed at the end of the manuscript.
Permission to reuse and Copyright
Permission must be obtained for using copyrighted material from other sources (including the web). Please note that following figure instructions is compulsory.
Tables
Tables must be provided in an editable format, e.g., Word,
Conflict of Interest
All financial, commercial, or other relationships that the academic community might perceive as representing a potential conflict of interest must be disclosed. If no such relationship exists, authors will be asked to confirm the following statement:
The authors declare that the research was conducted without any commercial or financial relationships that could potentially create a conflict of interest.
Author Contributions
The Author Contributions section is mandatory for all articles, including articles by sole authors. If an appropriate statement is not provided on submission, a standard one will be inserted during production. The Author Contributions statement must describe the contributions of individual authors referred to by their initials, and, in doing so, all authors agree to be accountable for the content of the work.
Funding
Details of all funding sources, including grant numbers if applicable, should be provided. Please ensure that all necessary funding information is added, as this is no longer possible after publication.
Acknowledgments
This is a short text acknowledging the contributions of specific colleagues, institutions, or agencies that aided the authors’ efforts.
Reference styles
The following formatting styles are meant as a guide; as long as the full citation is complete and transparent, the APA referencing style will be applied during typesetting. Humanities and Social Sciences, please use the Author-Year system for in-text citations. For Humanities and Social Sciences articles, please include page numbers in the in-text citations.
